Refund Policy:

• All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for our products.
• Refunds will only be processed under exceptional circumstances at our discretion and initiated within 5 working days.

Returns Policy:

• We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us at hutsaherbal01@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
• Upon review, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
